This policy explains what data is processed when you use cartiluna.com (Cartiluna). In short: what you type to get a reading is processed in your browser, is not sent to us, and is not stored.
Who operates the site
The site is operated by cartiluna.com. For any question or request about privacy: iletisim@cartiluna.com
What you type for your reading
Your name, the other person's name and their day of birth (love calculator), your date of birth (birth card calculator), whether you are in a relationship or employed (love and career tarot), and the cards you pick are used only in your browser to work out the reading. They are not sent to any server, are not stored, and are not shared with anyone. When you close the page, they are gone.
The link you copy to share a reading contains only a code that says which texts the reading is made of; your name is not written in it. In the love calculator, the link carries only the two initials. The birth card calculator has no share link and writes nothing to the address bar.
Server logs
The infrastructure provider that hosts the site may process, for a short time and as on any website, technical records such as the IP address, browser type, and page requested, in order to serve the pages and protect the site from attacks. Those records are not used to identify you or to build a profile of you.
Visit statistics
To know how many people visit the site and how fast pages load, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. This service does not use cookies, does not identify you, and does not link your visits to visits on other sites. Only aggregate data is kept: which page was opened, which site it was reached from, the country, and the load time. More information: Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Cartiluna sets no cookies of its own. The following services use cookies or similar technologies:
Google Analytics
To understand how the site is used (which pages are read, which countries visits come from) we use Google Analytics. Google Analytics loads only if you click "Accept" on the notice shown on your first visit; if you decline, it never loads and no cookie is written. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer; when you decline, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted. More information: Google Privacy Policy. Your rights
Because the data from your readings is never stored, there is no record of you to access, correct, delete, or export. Even so, you can send any request to iletisim@cartiluna.com and we will answer within one month.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Articles 15 to 22) gives you the right to know whether we process personal data about you, to access it, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information is collected about you and to request its deletion. Cartiluna does not sell or share personal information, and we do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their privacy rights.
Children
Cartiluna is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and it will be deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with its new date.
